Payment and Refund Policy for Qnext Kitchen

At Qnext Kitchen, we are dedicated to offering a smooth and satisfying experience through our wide range of services including food delivery, dining, party hall bookings, and catering. This Payment and Refund Policy explains how payments are processed and under what conditions refunds are granted, ensuring clarity and trust for all our valued customers.

QnextKitchen Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. Delivery Policy

Home Delivery orders are accepted only if the customer’s address falls within our defined delivery area up to 10 kms radius. If your delivery location is not listed in our delivery area, we do not deliver to that location, However you may choose to pick up your order from our restaurant as well.

Our Outdoor catering services are available in Bengaluru, and nearby possible areas falling up to a 50 Km radius from our Location.

The order value must be a minimum of ₹150 (excluding packing and delivery charges if applicable).

Please ensure your phone is reachable during the time of delivery. Our delivery personnel will attempt to contact you for up to 5 minutes. If unreachable, the delivery may be cancelled without a refund.

2. Modification & Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be modified.

Cancellation is only available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and in selected scenarios.

COD orders can be cancelled within 120 seconds of placing the order without any charges.

Digital payment orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallets, etc.) cannot be cancelled by the customer once order placed.

Orders placed from any platform other than the QnextKiction App/Website are not covered under this cancellation policy.

3. Refund Policy

For cancelled prepaid orders due to product unavailability, we will initiate a refund by reversing the transaction.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

QnextKitchen is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are applicable on all orders and are inclusive of taxes.

Charges are calculated per bill/invoice, regardless of the number of items.

Delivery within 5 km is free.

Beyond 5 km, an additional up to 50 per km will be charged.

Delivery charges may vary based on total distance from the restaurant to the customer’s address.

QnextKitchen reserves the right to change delivery charges without prior notice.

5. Right to Reject or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order in the following cases:

Unable to contact the customer via the provided contact number.

Previous payment disputes or incomplete payments.

Abusive behaviour toward our staff or delivery personnel.

A pattern of frequent order cancellations or frivolous complaints.

The address is invalid, incorrect, or outside the defined delivery zone.

Difficult operating conditions (e.g., bad weather, political rallies, high-traffic events).

Any unforeseen reason or at our sole discretion.
